Architectural designer Charlie Luxton embarks on a nationwide journey to visit some of Britain's best homes by the sea and find out what makes the perfect coastal property.

2. South DevonCharlie Luxton visits south Devon to see a magnificent clifftop home, a 200-year-old fisherman's cottage with a stunning view, a stylish 1960s modernist house and a bold 1930s villa.
