Felix and Gunni have to search for Völundur the smith, as he is the one who makes the Christmas presents. The search is like an adventure, as the friends enter one labyrinth after another and meet all sorts of villains. But they carry on undaunted, overcoming fear and other obstacles.

1. The first of DecemberThe toymaker Völundur appears from Gunni and Felix's wardrobe and entrusts the friends with an important bag and an important mission.2. The second of DecemberThe search continues when Felix and Gunnar appear in a mysterious room full of mail.3. The third of DecemberAfter escaping the mail room the boys find themselves in another mysterious room where a saleswoman by the name of Salvör tries to sell them toys.4. The fourth of DecemberGunni and Felix reach two doors and must choose between going "forward" or "back home without Völundur."5. The fifth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a storage room and meet the rude house-elf Bóthildur, who seems unwilling to help them find the way forward.6. The sixth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a snow-white room and see no walls and no obvious way out. They wonder if the room is endless.7. The seventh of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a laboratory where a strange scientist tries to get them to drink all sorts of unhealthy drinks.8. The eighth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a hallway where there is nothing but a staircase leading to a hatch that won't open and a bunch of pictures of a cat.9. The ninth of DecemberGunni and Felix have gone up to the attic, which is full of junk, and it's not easy to find the next clue. There's also an extremely dusty and negative man there named Loftur.10. The tenth of DecemberGunni and Felix are still in the attic with the negative Loftur. They are trying to polish the mirror which they believe is the next clue, but the negativity is distracting them.11. The eleventh of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a bedroom that no one seems to own, and there are few clues as to how to get out.12. The twelfth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a cave where there is nothing but rocks and rocks and then more rocks. Or is there?13. The thirteenth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a store where they meet Salvör again. Now she wants to sell them high-fashion cushioned athletic shoes.14. But they soon realize that not everything is as it seems.16. The sixteenth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a room where Bóthildur the house-elf has made a big mess, and she asks them to help her tidy up. But Gunni isn't so sure about that.17. The seventeenth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a tunnel that they have to crawl through to get to the other side. But the tunnel is very long and they are on the verge of getting into a bad mood.18. The eighteenth of DecemberGunni and Felix are not very happy to be back in Loftur's attic. And the exit they used last time no longer works.19. The nineteenth of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a video game, which might sound very exciting, but it stops being so when it turns out that Hr. Tívolí is in control.20. The twentieth of DecemberGunni and Felix are back in Völundur's workshop, but Völundur is not there and neither are the Christmas presents. The friends must therefore find a way forward.21. The twenty-first of DecemberGunni and Felix are in a classroom and are very surprised when it turns out that Salvör is their teacher. But she doesn't seem to have a firm grasp of the teaching material.22. The twenty-second of DecemberGunni and Felix are in space, floating around the stars. Where can they go from here?23. The twenty-third of DecemberGunni and Felix have returned to Gunni's room, hoping that Völundur is waiting for them, but they only find the house-elf Bóthildur.24. The twenty-fourth of DecemberGunni and Felix and the house-elf Bóthildur are still playing the love game when the door to the closet in Gunni's room opens. Has Völundur been found?
