1. Episode 1David and Hugh begin their journey in the beautiful seaside resort of Arcachon, before taking in Bordeaux's stunning waterfront and delicious seafood, and exploring the historic Garonne canal.
2. Episode 2David and Hugh explore the Canal de Garonne, discover the only Rembrandt that's not in a museum, and head through Moissac into Toulouse, where they find a priceless artefact underneath the Basilica.
3. Episode 3David and Hugh cycle the Canal du Midi, gatecrash a local fiesta in Seuil de Naurouze and dine in the cassoulet capital of the world, before arriving at the medieval citadel of Carcassonne.
4. Episode 4David and Hugh head to the pretty port of Le Somail, pedal through Beziers and enjoy some wine and cheese at a Languedoc vineyard, before their final push to the town of Sète.
