A great warrior is displaced to the distant future by the evil shape-shifting wizard Aku. The world has become a bleak place under the rule of Aku, segregated into fantastic tribes and ruled by Aku's evil robot warlords. Jack travels this foreign landscape in search of a time portal that can return him to his home time so he can "undo the future that is Aku!".
Episodes
1. IWhen Aku is reborn to set forth his reign of terror, the Emperor's son is sent off to learn the ways of the samurai. That boy becomes a man and attempts to slay Aku with a mighty sword, but Aku banishes him to the future.
2. IIThe Samurai lands in the future and is named Jack. He is enlisted by a race of dogs to destroy Aku.
3. IIIJack gets weapons and beats back Aku's army of beetles saving the canine race.
4. IVJack helps free the Woolies from the tyrannical Chritchellites.
5. VIIJack must get past three blind archers to reach an all-powerful wishing well.
6. VWhen Jack mistakenly destroys a group of scientists' chance to escape Aku, he and the scientists join forces to try and fix the problem, hopefully returning Jack home as well.
7. IXJack has an underwater adventure with a jelly-whale and sea monkeys while hunting foran ancient time portal.
8. XJack goes through a cave full of challenges only to find an old warrior longing to reach Valhalla.
9. VIIIJack meets up with Mad Jack and must battle his darker self.
10. XIWhen Jack and a Scotsman meet on a never-ending bridge, they end up shackled together and on the run from bounty hunters.
11. VIJack and a mysterious woman go on a quest in an attempt to resolve their personal goals.
12. XIIJack hooks up with some Chicago gangsters to try and get close to Aku.
13. XIIIAku tells fairy tales to the children to try and win them over to his side instead of Jack's.
