7. Defying GravityThe contestants add advanced techniques to their skill sets with 3D frosted roller skates and amazing anti-gravity bakes.
8. Professor ChocolateThe bakers learn the art of chocolate from a "Nailed It!" legend, then pour what they know into a chocolatey cake tower.
9. Second ChancesTo win a spot in the finals, the last three bakers standing must prove that they've learned from their mistakes.
